Massage

Tell us where it hurts. We'll work there.

Swedish, therapeutic, deep tissue, sports and prenatal — plus chair massage and add-ons. Every session is built around what your body is asking for that day, not a script.

Rates

Priced by the hour, not by the name.

Pick a length. Your therapist picks the technique once you’ve talked about what’s going on — so you never pay more for a fancier-sounding massage.

The styles

What each one actually feels like.

You don’t have to pick before you arrive. But if you want to know what you’re walking into, here’s the plain version.

Swedish

Long, flowing strokes at a pressure that stays comfortable the whole time. This is the one to book if the goal is to unwind rather than fix something specific.

Therapeutic

Swedish with intent. Your therapist spends most of the session on the areas giving you trouble — neck, shoulders, low back — and less on everything else.

Deep tissue

Slower, heavier pressure into the layers underneath. It should feel like productive pressure, never like something you're bracing against — speak up and it eases off.

What to expect

Your first table massage, start to finish.

Before

Arrive a few minutes early and fill out a short health form — injuries, surgeries, medications, anything you’d want us to know about.

Talking it through

Two minutes on what’s tight, what’s new, what to avoid, and how much pressure you actually want. This is the part that makes the session work.

Undressing

To your comfort level, in private. You’re draped with a sheet the whole time and only the area being worked on is uncovered. Plenty of people stay in underwear; some stay fully clothed.

During

Say something any time — hotter, lighter, colder, quieter, skip that spot. You will not be offending anyone. Therapists would much rather hear it.

After

Stand up slowly, drink water, and expect to feel it tomorrow if you booked deep tissue. Rebook at the desk if you want to.

Please let us know when you book if you’re pregnant, recovering from surgery, or under a doctor’s care for anything — there are a few conditions where massage needs to wait or be adjusted, and we’d rather sort that out on the phone than at the door.

Questions we get

Before you book.

How much do I take off?

Whatever you’re comfortable with. You’re under a sheet the entire session either way, and only the area being worked is uncovered.

Will it hurt?

It shouldn’t. Deep tissue can feel intense, but there’s a difference between pressure you can breathe through and pain you’re bracing against. Say the word and it changes.

Do I have to talk?

Only at the start, about your body. After that, talk or don’t — most people go quiet and that’s completely normal.

What if I'm ticklish or don't want my feet touched?

Say so. Any area can be skipped, no explanation needed.

How often should I come in?

Depends entirely on why you’re coming. Once for a knot, monthly for maintenance, weekly during a rough stretch — your therapist will give you an honest answer, not a subscription pitch.

Do you take insurance?

Confirm before publishing — add your answer here, along with whether you provide receipts for HSA or FSA reimbursement.

Book a massage.

Pick a length and we’ll take it from there. Call and leave a message if you’d rather talk it through first — we return every one.
